SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders typically ship out within 2-4 business days unless there are delays in stock. Free U.S. ground shipping on orders over $150. For international orders please reach out to info@gradyandjames.com for any questions or special requests for shipping.

RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES: You have 30 days to start your return process. Items must be unworn, unused and with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund. For a size exchange, a restocking, handling and shipping fee of $7.00 will be applied to your order.  

Reach out to info@gradyandjames.com to begin your return. Within 48 hours we’ll send you a return label. Once your package is received and inspected, a refund or product exchange will be made.
